This Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aromas that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.

Verano Lemon is a handcrafted, premium gin inspired by sunny Spain and infused with its fresh colourful local fruits. We infuse our small batch gin with Spanish lemons and then add extract of lemon peel to create a deliciously zesty fruit flavoured gin.

A very special Gin handcrafted from only the finest New Zealand Sheep Milk. Slowly fermented over a 12-day period to draw out the silky Sheep Milk notes, then distilled in small batches using our traditional style copper still.
